EMPLOYEES

When you will be adding an administrator or employee to bTrack system for the first time a unique ID, the Company Employee Identifier, will be created. This identifier is unique across every module in the bTrack system. As your main administrator or employees register for the first time they will need the following data: first and last name, department, job position, phone number, e-mail address, working time, notification setups, etc. The bTrack system can be used to check on the presence and status of your employees/co-workers in the office.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

This bTrack feature gives you the capability to create both new reservation record as well as a list of company assets. Start by searching through your company’s inventory and assets to identify the availability of your Equipment, Vehicles, Places, etc. and then reserve the desired asset. During the next step you select the time frame for your asset to be checked out and the duration of it. Depending on your preference to tracking your assets, the equipment can be checked out to a person or a location.
